Education is an important part of the fight against discrimination.

According to

Diversity within an organization is having a range of differences among the people. These might be differences relating to such things as gender, ethnic origin and disability. There are many different groups that a person can belong to by virtue of their differences. Discrimination is the favouring of one of these groups over another for no justifiable reason. This discrimination is an acting out of the prejudices that people hold.
